By accessing and using Weedlink, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Weedlink ("Service") operated by Weedlink ("us", "we", or "our").

Weedlink is a platform that helps consumers discover cannabis dispensaries and products, and enables dispensary owners to manage their business listings. Our service includes: • Dispensary listing and discovery functionality • Product catalog browsing and search • User account management • Business owner dashboard for dispensaries • Review and rating systems

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities that occur under your account.

Weedlink is committed to maintaining accurate, helpful, and legal cannabis-related content. All dispensary listings and product information must comply with the following guidelines: • All dispensaries listed must be licensed and operating legally in their jurisdiction • Product information must be accurate, including THC/CBD content, pricing, and availability • Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences and not be falsified or incentivized • No promotion of illegal cannabis sales or unlicensed operations • No content promoting cannabis use by minors or in prohibited locations • Medical claims must be substantiated and comply with applicable regulations By following these guidelines, you help us maintain a trustworthy platform that supports the legal cannabis industry.

You may not use our Service: • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate • To submit false or misleading information • To upload viruses or any other type of malicious code • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

Automated data collection from Weedlink is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: • Using bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or any automated tools to access, collect, or extract data from our Service • Circumventing technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized access (including robots.txt directives) • Systematically downloading, copying, or storing content, profiles, images, or any data from our platform • Using the Service to build or train artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or large language models • Accessing our Service through unauthorized APIs, reverse engineering, or technical exploitation • Creating derivative databases or datasets from our content AI TRAINING PROHIBITION: We explicitly prohibit the use of any content from Weedlink to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or similar technologies. This includes both direct training and indirect use through intermediary datasets. ENFORCEMENT: We actively monitor for automated access and scraping activity. Violations may result in: • Immediate IP blocking and access termination • Legal action for breach of contract and computer fraud violations AUTHORIZED ACCESS: If you are interested in legitimate data partnership or API access, please contact us at partnership@weedlink.com. We may grant limited access for approved purposes under separate written agreement.

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Weedlink and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users retain ownership of any content they submit or upload ("User Content"). However, by uploading or submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Weedlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to: • store, copy, host, reproduce, and archive your User Content; • use, display, adapt, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Service; and • create derivative works for technical, operational, or safety purposes (e.g., caching, thumbnails, formatting). This license continues for as long as your content is stored on or through the Service. If you remove your content, or your account is closed, we will stop displaying it publicly, but you acknowledge that cached, backup, or archived copies may remain in our systems for a commercially reasonable period of time.

We reserve the right to: • Review all submitted content before publication • Remove or modify content that violates our guidelines • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate terms • Update our content policies as needed All links are subject to approval and ongoing moderation to maintain platform quality.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude: • All representations and warranties relating to the Service • All liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Service We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform. The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are constantly improving and evolving our Service. Accordingly, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise alter any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to: • The look, feel, design, or user interface of the Service • Features, functionality, tools, or content available through the Service • The availability, performance, or speed of the Service • The requirements for access or use (such as eligibility, registration, or technical requirements) • Fees, pricing models, subscription tiers, or payment structures You acknowledge and agree that: • We are not obligated to maintain any particular features, functions, or aspects of the Service for any length of time. • Any changes may affect the way you access or use the Service, including loss of access to content, data, or features. • We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

Weedlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately • We may delete your account and all associated content • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified. By continuing to access or use the Service after the effective date of any revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
